Revision Guides, Workbooks and Disks are now available for GCSE Revision at Foundation and Higher Level and may be purchased through the Maths Department.  They cost £3.00 for the disk and £2.25 for the books and are very helpful.

It is essential that you have the correct Maths equipment and a calculator for use in school.  This can be purchased from the Maths Department or an order for a calculator can be placed at the same time as uniform orders.  Calculators are either £3 or £6 for solar powered and are fully scientific.

We have now purchased access to www.mymaths.co.uk which your son or daughter may be asked to access in order to complete homework.  As well as homework this website has lessons for all topics covered in school and is very helpful for anyone wanting extra help or practice with their maths.

As well as following the maths curriculum some pupils are also entered into the Maths Challenges provided by Leeds University.  If you want more information or to see past papers you can visit the website  http://www.ukmt.org.uk.  Congratulations to the pupils who achieved Gold, Silver and Bronze certificates this year.
