HISTORY CLUB |
|||
Huntcliff School's first ever History Club began in September 2005 and a number of Year 7 students were invited to take part. The aim was to extend classroom learning into new areas, to encourage students to take more responsibility for their own learning, and to communicate to others what they had found out. The initiative has now branched out into including students from different year groups depending on the project and a range of different themes have been covered. These have included projects as varied as Archaeology, Local History, and Victorian Life. Cross Curricula links have been forged with a diverse range of subjects such as ICT (eg Animations) and Art (eg Murals Project). To find out more click on the appropriate links below. |
