about the exams Below there is some information about the structure of your examinations:
Paper 1 (40% of Total Marks) - 1hr30mins This exam take the form of two distinct sections, section A and section B: Section A – Geographical Skills – Is based on map work and you must answer ALL questions! Section B – Physical Geography – You must answer 3 questions from: You have to answer a total of 4 questions from these two sections. You should allow approx 20 mins per question plus10 mins selection from section B and planning answers. Because you are selecting from 5 PLEASE READ ALL PARTS OF ALL THE QUESTIONS before you decide which 3 to answer! From which questions can you gain most marks HINT: Look at the values!
